You were my first friend on EoFF.
I use the word friend carefully. I generally seem to stick people in the acquaintance category until I'm comfortable with them. But you deserve the friendship status.
You were the first person to talk to me and not come off creepy. You warned me about these creeps, actually, and even if some of them were.... what they were, you didn't shun them as I did. You tried to understand them.
If it weren't for you, I wouldn't have even gotten to know the people I did get close to. You included me in things. You thought I was cool when I most definitely wasn't.
I'm sorry for not maintaining our friendship. I guess it was just 'adult' things, causing us to drift apart. But I'm not very good at maintaining these things, and I'm sorry that I let it end up that way.
Either way, thank you for your friendship. It meant a lot. It was pivotal in my social growth..
